Comfort Inn Ottawa Starved Rock Area

All staff was very nice and very helpful friendly, complementary breakfast, coffee, tea, juices was a very nice not to fancy but nice breakfast selection. Nice touch having public washer/dryer loved the single kirieg coffee pot in the room. Pool was not available due to filter pump issues due to weather on Friday March 31st my flight for Sat. April 1st was canceled and rebooked for Sunday when I advised the front desk clerk advising I would extend my stay an additional day being advised there would not be any additional charge I felt this was top notch customer service from all employees during my stay great job. I am a smoker I do not smoke In my home would not smoke in yours other people were leaving the back door open with a rock do not feel was safe for other guests

Our room was spotless and very quiet. The bed was super comfortable. On top of that they are welcoming to my dog and have dog treats behind the counter. Comfort Inn was better overall than others in the area where I have stayed. I did not go to the breakfast but the room for it looked very inviting. The price was great considering the amenities.

The room was set up well, kingbed was huge and extremely comfortable!!! Breakfast was delicious and satisfying. Staff was very well mannered, accommodating, cheerful and playful with my son☺️ definitely recommend staying here and we sure will again! Location was great too!

Friendly staff, GREAT location close to tons of cute bars and restaurants. Room and pool area were clean. There was an onsite Starbucks, bar and restaurant if you didn't want to venture out.

Staff was very friendly. The room was easily the cleanest I've had in years of various hotel chains. Hotel was dog friendly which was must on this trip. Parking lot was in good condition.
